I loved the set up when I arrived, and there were so many details! From the custom candles to the table decor featuring cabbage bouquets, it was such a creative table that reminded me of the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland.
I was greeted by a cookie, a Self Love sheet mask and my name on the table itself! I heard that the cookies, set up and even calligraphy on the table was by Owen from Totembake, so huge props to him.
Before the event, I was asked to choose my food and beverage in advance:
I chose the Oatmilk pancakes with manuka honey, manuka honey butter, beef bacon and scrambled eggs.
Made with Oatside oatmilk, these pancakes were so cute and fluffy!
Literally too cute.
I also chose the Matcha Matcha with peach lime, cherry blossom and soda as my beverage.
For dessert, I had the oatmilk panna cotta with honey kiwi.
I was surprised to know that I was seated next to Jane (just because I shy shy lol), but it ended up going well because we chatted quite a bit during the brunch, as well as with our seatmates.
It was a really nice intimate event where we could just sit down and hang out with the Chuck's team, as well as enjoy an aesthetic brunch/hear more about their recent creative endeavours.
Aside from the special menu, Chuck's products are also available at 103 Coffee. It will be on display on the 3rd floor, and you can check them out after trying out their special menu downstairs.
