Hi guys! As I've tried most of them before, today I'll be sharing all about THE FACE SHOP's multiple Yehwadam lines, their differences and what makes each of them unique.
If you're not already familiar with it, Yehwadam is THE FACE SHOP's anti-ageing line and the name is actually an acronym consisting of 3 words that represent the philosophy of the line:
YE (蘂): herbs and plants
HWA (花): flower
DAM (譚): story.
As we all have different skin types, different skin concerns and different ages, it's only natural that we use products that cater to our specific concerns and needs. There is no product that can do everything, but to cover all our anti-ageing bases, THE FACE SHOP has created several different lines under the Yehwadam umbrella, and these different lines all have different benefits + cater to specific ages and concerns.
Yehwadam Artemisia Soothing Moisturizing Line
Lightweight and soothing, this line is perfect for those looking for products that can help with pre-ageing care and is recommended for users in their early 20s.
This line's key ingredient is Artemisia, a powerful soothing and healing ingredient, and its very well known for its effectiveness at treating redness and skin sensitivities. In traditional Korean medicine, artemisia is known as a “warming” ingredient for the body and has been used for hundreds of years to improve circulation and relieve muscle pain. To this day, it is commonly used in herbal baths at Korean bathhouses to relieve and soothe the body.

Yehwadam Revitalizing Moisturizing Line
Re-energizing and hydrating, this line is good for those who want to restore moisture into dehydrated skin and is recommended for users in their early 20s.
This line contains a fresh flower water formula, a secret blend of 5 types of traditional herbs & flowers that re-energize and cool skin with fresh surge of moisture. The range also contains other traditional herbs that have been loved by Koreans for a long time like Korean Ginseng, Safflower, and Goji Berry to make the skin glow naturally from within, as well as leaving the skin revitalized and re-energized.

Yehwadam Plum Flower Revitalizing Line
Moisturizing and brightening, this new line is good for restoring radiance to the skin and is recommended for users aged between 25 to 35.
This line's key ingredient is Plum Flower Extract grown from South Jeolla (an area in Korea known for its plum flower trees. Collected in early March when they're in their freshest condition, plum flower extract improves hyaluronic acid production and helps the skin stay hydrated. It also decreases the rate of melanin synthesis, and since melanin is an ingredient that causes dark spots and discolouration, using this line helps you achieve brighter and clearer skin.

Yehwadam Pure Brightening Line
Made to brighten the skin, this line was made to combat dark spot + pimentation and is recommended for users aged between 25 to 35.
Containing Snow Lotus (also known as “Emperor’s Herb”) which is known for its brightening and anti-aging effects, this line aims to help your skin instantly become brighter while delivering great anti-aging ingredients to the skin. It contains a brightening formula consisting of 7 brightening and pristine traditional Korean herbs.

Another premium line, these products provide powerful anti-ageing + brightening effects and is recommended for users aged 35 and above. This is so far the only Yehwadam range I have yet to try out.
