These toner pads were quite popular when they were first released, even Korean fashion Youtubers who I follow (who rarely share about beauty products) showed that they use them as well in their vlogs. These toner pad come in a variety of different versions:

WHAT IS IT
Made with pure cotton, Bellamonster's Sensitive Care Solution Pads help to tone and exfoliate the skin gently. It contains Hizikia Fusiforme Extracts to calm and soothe the skin, while the Seaweed extract gives your skin nutrients.
These pads promise to soothe sensitive skin, give those with dry skin as much hydration as they need and give mild pore care.
It contains 70 pads with 165ml worth of product. Since these toner pads are for mild exfoliation, I use them mainly at night. It's lasted me more than 2 months, but if you use it for both day and night it will last you for a month.
This product is available on Stylekorean for only USD13.30 (~RM57). For toner pads that last me for 2 months, I would say it's quite a good bargain. The quality of the pads is also really great (more on that later).
PACKAGING
The product comes with a box, but since there's not much English on it's not really helpful haha. You can head over to Stylekorean's website as they've translated the contents!
Instead of having a twist-type cover like most toner pads, this one is actually a snap-type! It's much more convenient to open and close.

INGREDIENTS
I did an analysis of the ingredients, which I had to translate from Bellamonster's official website since no one seemed to have an English version haha.
All the ingredients have an EWG green-level rating, meaning they're very unlikely to irritate the skin. These pads are also paraben-free, sulfate-free, alcohol-free, silicone-free and EU allergen-free.
The main ingredients in these toner pads are:
1. Hizikia Fusiforme Extract
A seaweed that grows on rocks which is known to be rich in vitamins and minerals, effectively soothing sensitive skin.
2. Undararia Pinnatifida Sporophyll Extract
The flowering part of seaweed full of minerals and nutrients
3. Fuccoidan
A rare ingredient that protects algae which highly moisturizes the skin
It also contains ingredients that promote wound healing (Centella Asiatica Extract & Sodium Hyaluronate), anti-ageing ingredients (Ceramide) and powerfully moisturizing ingredients (Beta-Glucan, Butylene Glycol, Sodium Hyaluronate & Glycerin)
The solution also has a pH of 5.5 to 6.0:
FRAGRANCE & TEXTURE
The fragrance is gentle and almost non-existent. The quality of the pads is quite nice, and I noticed that they're quite big + don't stretch/warp in shape.
There are two sides to the pad: a slightly textured side for gentle exfoliation of dead skin cells:

HOW TO USE
AM: Cleanser - Toner - Serum - Moisturizer - Sunblock
PM: Cleanser - Toner - Serum - Mask - Moisturizer
As I mentioned, I only use this at night. After cleansing my face, I use these pads and wipe them on my face in an upwards motion. You can use them as mini masks as well, but I rarely use them for that.
MY REVIEW & VERDICT
I think the best quality of these toner pads is convenience. They're super easy to use, and it minimizes and simplifies a skincare routine.
In terms of effects, I actually think it's great for my acne skin! During the lockdown here in Malaysia, I only managed to bring a few products to my parents' house. This was one of them, and I was forced to use it religiously for 2 months. I was pretty impressed with the results. Exfoliation is something which I usually did on a weekly basis, but it was a bit of a chore. With these pads, I do gentle exfoliation every day (which isn't as harsh as you'd think it would be), and I did notice that my skin looked cleared and brighter.
I didn't notice a dramatic effect on my nose pores, but it did look cleaner. In terms of hydration, these are quite okay as well. It did not break me out at all, and I love how clean my skin feels after using these pads.
WILL I REPURCHASE?
Definitely! For the price point and for how well it performed, I'll definitely be purchasing another one again soon. Toner pads are just so convenient, and I'm actually thinking of trying out the other variants to see if they're just as good.
