RED VELVET - HAPPINESS [MV/LYRICS/MP3/CAPS]

omgggg it's finally out!!! i watched it and freaked out so much!!!! it's so catchy!

*update 5/8/14 SM made the MV private cuz of all the stuff that's been happening and uploaded a new one T^T and it was almost at 3M too T.T

but i still have the original mv in my phone hahaha i downloaded the MV as soon as it came out ^^

so it starts with the parrot as we saw from the teaser

and we move on to a scene with lips that are painted in pink, yellow, green and blue *which are Red Velvet's individual colours*~ pink for Irene *my bias*, blue for Wendy, yellow for Seulgi and green for Joy ^^

honestly i didn't like the corny "so just rock the world, booyah!" intro, but whatevs~ the lalala part was catchy though ^^ *Joy looks so cute ^^*

we start of with Seulgi and goshhh i almost didn't recognize her in this scene haha. but along the mv i did recognize her. it was probably just because i was expecting her hair to be tied up like in her smrookie photos~

next is Irene and omggggg how to deal she looks so pretty!!

and next is Wendy *which among the 3 SM Rookies i paid the least attention to*. she looked so awesome! she kinda resembles Park Shin Hye a bit~ the first thing i noticed about her part was that she sounded kinda different~

then next was Joy and her tone was just so pretty! i think she's the main vocal? kinda like Tiffany in SNSD with her multiple parts~ i noticed that part distribution was pretty fair, this being an SM song and all, but i did notice that Joy had a bit more parts than the other girls. i also noticed that she looked a bit like Kim Yoo Jung!

next was Wendy again and she had a bit of high notes too!

and Irene omgggggggg

this part with Seulgi was quite interesting~

for this part i admit that i found that Joy looking...not so perfect. which is a good thing! i was thinking more along the lines of she looks pretty AND unique ^^

and the pre chorus omggggggg

no matter how hard i tried i couldn't screenshot the chorus properly T.T the dance was catchy, it was pretty and it was easy to follow along! yeokshi SM ^^ the cheerleader outfits were nice too!

next were a few more scenes i couldn't shoot properly *Joy with a bike, Irene with her perfection and Wendy looking like Park Shin Hye*

the next scene with Seulgi tho!!! i was screaming!! GODDESS!!! she looked so perf omggggg

in the pre chorus we can see all four girls and Wendy does these high notes in the background kinda like what Taeyeon does *lol i shouldn't be comparing but that was what it reminded me of ><*

then its the chorus again but this time they're all wearing cheerleader uniforms with the same colours! *did they transfer schools lol*

after the chorus was Wendy's solo part and I WAS LITERALLY SHOCKED. WITH MY MOUTH GAPING WIDE OPEN. THIS GIRL CAN SING HER HIGH NOTES!! AND SHE'S SO PRETTY!! i said i wouldn't compare, but Taeyeon much! *and i mean that in the bestest way possible* i'm totally in love with her part!

and after another chorus it's over with them posing with a gummy bear ^^

so that was Red Velvet's Happiness! :D honestly i thought the song was great, the singing was great, the dance was great and the mv was great! *did anyone else notice the super small sm logo? it's like SM was finally gonna remove their logo and  they were like NOOO we still have to brand this video SM hahaha*. Red Velvet is something different from SM's usual style, but they still have bits of SM in them. i'm really excited for them and i wish them all the best! ^^ they're gonna be performing in Music Bank later so i'll make sure to update this page with that video. in the meantime, feast your eyes on some Red Velvet photos! ^^
